Queen Sono, the much-anticipated drama series starring South African actress Pearl Thusi is coming to the streaming service Netflix. The streaming giant dropped the trailer to where Pearl shows her heroic fighting skills. The crime drama web series is created and directed by comedian Kagiso Lediga. The series is set to stream on the 28 February.
The series was filmed over eight weeks in 37 different locations across Africa, including the Johannesburg CBD, Sandton, Park Station, Soweto, Lagos, Kenya and Zanzibar.
