As yearly roundups begin to surface across the Internet, New Balance is making an unnecessary last-minute pitch for itself as “Brand of the Year” as it’s recently revealed the impressive New Balance 327 “Primary” collection.
Revisiting its first collaboration with Casablanca, which launched the 1970s-inspired silhouette, the Boston-based brand has constructed each upper on the three pairs in its forthcoming pack from high-quality pigskin suede and perforated leather. “White” sets the stage across most of the propositions for, as the collection’s name suggests, hits of red, yellow or blue.
Although no rumors have surfaced, it’s possible that New Balance creates follow-up releases with mismatched palettes: “N” logos and suede overlays across the forefoot and heel clad in combinations of the three aforementioned hues. Underfoot, sole units maintain a tried-and-proven off-white midsole accompanied by black tread.
Enjoy images of each pair, which has been modeled by Harry Hudson, ahead. The “Primary” collection arrives to NewBalance.com on December 12th.
