Shoemaker Armando Cabral teams up with Theory.
As more and more designers push the boundaries of sneaker design, sometimes it’s nice to keep things minimal. Which is exactly what model-turned-shoe designer Armando Cabral has done for his latest collaboration with Theory, a brand known for pared-down, modernist essentials.
“We couldn’t be happier to create an exclusive sneaker collection for Theory,” Cabral said in a press statement. “I have long admired [CEO of Theory] Andrew [Rosen]’s acumen in the retail sphere and the timeless design of Theory clothing.”
For the collaboration, Cabral turned to his signature Broome model, a clean, minimalist low top made from supple calf leather. Along with a flagship all-white model, there are four new colorways, which include black, gray, navy, and green. It’s the perfect sneaker to pair with a suit, jeans, and pretty much anything in between.
