Trevor Noah’s much anticipated book, Born a Crime: Stories from a South African Childhood, sees its global release today.
The book has received critical acclaim, with The Daily Show host getting firm reviews in The New York Times, CBS and US People magazine.
The book details Trevor’s childhood in Apartheid and growing up in a mixed-race family.
In a recent extract published by CBS, Trevor explained one particular incident in a taxi and how his mother threw him out of the speeding car because she thought the driver was going to kill them.
Born a crime retails for R269 and is available in stores now. It’s understood that pre-orders have been very high, so best you get to your nearest store fast.
